At Sathisa, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need a different size or color, we’re here to help.

⏱️ Exchange Window

We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Exchange requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

🔄 What Can Be Exchanged

You may exchange your product only for:

• The same product in a different size

• The same product in a different color

Please note:

• Exchange is allowed only for the same product (no style changes).

• We do not offer refunds under this policy.

📍 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and unworn.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• The item should be in its original condition.

🚚 Shipping Policy for Exchange

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges (if applicable). Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement item.
