While We Do Not Accept Returns For Items Delivered In Perfect Condition, We Are Happy To Assist If There’s A Genuine Issue With Your Order.

We Accept Return Or Exchange Requests Only Under The Following Circumstances:

Eligible Scenarios for Return/Exchange:

  • You Received The Wrong Product (Different Size, Design, Or Item Than Ordered).
  • The Product Has A Manufacturing Defect Or Visible Damage.
  • The Product Was Damaged In Transit And Arrived In Poor Condition.   


If Any of These Apply, You can Request Either a Replacement or a Credit Note/Store Credit For Future Purchases.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN / EXCHANGE:

1. Timeframe

All Return Or Exchange Requests Must Be Submitted Within 7 Days From The Date Of Delivery (As Per Courier Tracking Records).

2. Submit Request with Images

Email Us At support@sathisa.com With:

  • A Clear Image Of The Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product.
  • A Full Image Of The Entire Product Showing Tags And Packaging.

Our Team Will Review Your Request And Respond With Eligibility Confirmation Within 2-3 Business Days.

3. Reverse Pickup & Processing

  • If Approved, We Will Schedule A Reverse Pickup Within 2-3 Working Days.
  • The Product Must Reach Our Warehouse Within 7-10 Days Of Pickup Initiation.
  • After A Thorough Quality Inspection, We Will Process The Replacement Dispatch Or Issue Store Credit Within 2-3 Days.

IMPORTANT RETURN GUIDELINES:

To Qualify For A Return Or Exchange, The Product Must:

  • Be Unused, Unwashed, And In Original Condition.
  • Have All Original Tags, Packaging, And Accessories Intact, Including:
  1. Tags, Labels, And Barcodes.
  2. Shipping Label Attached To The Original Package.
  3. Invoice Copy.
  4. Any Promotional Inserts (If Applicable).
  • Unboxing Video Of The Parcel Is Mandatory For Processing Any Return Or Exchange Request To Verify The Claim.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Customized Or Altered Clothing (Tailor-Fit, Altered Sizes, Personalized Embroidery, Etc.) Are Non-Returnable Unless Damaged, Defective, Or Wrongly Delivered.
  • Slight Variations In Color Due To Screen Resolution, Lighting During Photography, Or Fabric Texture Are Not Considered Defects And Are Not Eligible For Returns.
  • Sale/Discounted Items Policy: Sales Items Non-Refundable.

Refunds 

We Do Not Offer Cash/Bank Refunds. Approved Returns Will Be Compensated Through Store Credit Or A Product Replacement.
